Generosity and support from many friends
The Mammoth Lakes Foundation exemplifies the strength of a community working together toward a shared vision. A major portion of our funding comes from individual donations and sponsorship opportunities such as Campus Patrons, Restaurant Plaque Sponsors, Gondola Plaque Sponsors, and Seat Sponsors at the Edison Theatre. Please contact us for information on our donation options.

Giving campaigns are instrumental in bringing in contributions to the Foundation throughout the year. Other funding sources for important Foundation projects have come from planned giving programs, will estates, capital campaigns and grant funding.

General Donations
There are many ways to support the Mammoth Lakes Foundation and its commitment to bringing higher education and the arts to the Eastern Sierra. The most popular is a cash donation. Writing a check or donating money with your credit card is tax-deductible and the most direct way to contribute. If you itemize your tax deductions, generally your gift to the MLF is fully deductible up to 50% of your adjusted gross income, and any excess may be carried forward for up to five additional years.

You can donate online, make a donation over the phone at 760.934.3781 or make out a check to "Mammoth Lakes Foundation" and mail it to our office.
