This year we are raffling a 2009 Yamaha Rhino or $10,000 cash  as we work together to support local college scholarships to Cerro Coso Community College in Mammoth. In addition to our grand prizes, the purchase of a raffle ticket also buys you the chance to win a $250 gift certificate to Footloose Sports, men’s skis and bindings from Kittridge Sports, entry to the 10th Annual Golf Classic at Sierra Star Golf Club, dinner for two at the Annual Friends of the Foundation Dinner, a Dave McCoy Photograph, cross country trail passes and rentals at Tamarack Lodge, and Tracks of Passion, a beautiful pictorial history of skiing in mammoth.

A Bit About the RHINO

Yamaha Rhinos are among some of the most exciting off road vehicles ever to be released.  These unique machines can be used as utility vehicles and they also have incredible off road capabilities. The Yamaha Rhino amazes people with its ability to go places that seem otherwise out of reach for a utility vehicle capable of carrying 2 people and 400lbs of cargo in its mini truck bed.  As their marketing campaign states, “Rhinos: How the tough get going!” Don’t want the Rhino? 100 percent of profits from the sale of these raffle tickets goes to fund scholarships for local students to attend Cerro Coso Community College here in Mammoth.  As our college grows, our town builds a more solid economic work force and invites collegiates to invest in our economy.  You invest in the scholarship program and we all win!
